Shipping policy

All orders are shipped through USPS via Ground Shipping (with tracking)

I can not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. 

If your order is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact your local USPS and file a lost package claim. 

Processing Time: (as of January 2025) 

between 3-7 business days. 

(processing time is time it takes for me to prep and package orders*)

Domestic Shipping from Guam: 

est. between 2-5 business days for air freight 

est. 1-2 months for ship freight 

I can not control how USPS chooses to ship packages. Priority Mail shipping is available at checkout and will ship via air freight always. Please do NOT select Ground Shipping if you do not want to wait 1-2 months. 

International Shipping from Guam:

HighPaperClouds charge carrier shipping rates for all International orders. We are not responsible for any additional VAT taxes or custom fees. 

CANADA: est. between 1-2 weeks 

Rest of the World: est. between 3-4 weeks or 2-3 months
