• HighPaperClouds does NOT accept any returns, exchanges and refunds.

• HighPaperClouds accepts cancellation up to 24 hours of the day and time of your purchase unless an order has already been packaged and shipped. Orders cancelled after 24 hours will be subject to a $10 cancellation fee.
