When will I receive my HighNotes Stationery Society mail?

HighNotes is a quarterly snail mail subscription. Each volume ships during its designated release window for that quarter. Once your order has been processed and mailed, delivery times will depend on your local postal service.

Why is shipping free?

HighNotes mail is sent via standard stamp mail, which allows us to offer free shipping on every quarterly drop. Because it is mailed with a stamp, the shipment is untracked.

What is the difference between processing time and shipping time?

Processing time is the time it takes for us to prepare and mail your HighNotes drop.

Shipping time refers to how long it takes for the postal service to deliver your mail once it has been sent.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We would be heartbroken to see you go but if you must cancel your subscription, you can cancel anytime before the next quarterly billing cycle.

1) Log in to your account

2) Go to your Account Profile

3) Manage Subscription under the menu tabs

4) Cancel before the next quarterly billing cycle

Please note that we cannot cancel or refund your mail once an auto-charge has been placed.
